Supervision

Would you like to improve your skills in supporting clients with eating and body image concerns?

Supervision is an important process for many health professionals – not just for skill development as new graduates, but for self reflective development throughout our career.

Laura is an experienced Clinical Psychologist, Board Approved Supervisor, and a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC). She has worked in school, government, hospital, NGO and private practice settings, both in Australia and overseas. She offers supervision to both early career and experienced mental health professionals who want to build their skills in working with clients with eating disorders and body image distress, including the six hours of annual supervision to meet the CEDC supervision requirements.

She has a strong belief in supporting therapists in rural and remote areas, so is very happy to offer supervision by zoom.

Laura is also happy to offer consultation, or to provide training on any topics within the eating disorder or body image arena.

Laura charges her standard individual adult session fee, plus GST, for supervision, and will negotiate a fee for training.

Please contact Laura directly at laura@findingbalancepsychology.com.au for more details regarding supervision, consultation or training.
